Diesel Heaters NI provides a 6-month limited warranty on eligible products from the date of purchase.
This warranty is intended to cover faults caused by manufacturing defects during normal use.
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us before returning the item or attempting any repair. We may ask for photographs, videos, fault codes or other information to help diagnose the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer:

- Repair
- Replacement product
- Another suitable remedy
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover faults, damage or failures caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity
- Incorrect voltage
- Unsuitable or inadequate power supply
- Low-voltage operation
- Water, moisture or weather damage
- Fuel contamination
- Incorrect fuel supply
- Blocked or incorrectly fitted exhaust systems
- Incorrect combustion air intake installation
- Modification of the heater, controller, wiring or other components
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Failure to follow installation or operating instructions
- Use of unsuitable components
- Normal wear and tear
If inspection shows that a fault has been caused by incorrect installation, misuse or another issue not covered by warranty, any inspection, repair, replacement parts or return postage may be chargeable.
Installation-related faults
Diesel Heaters NI supplies products and technical support but is not responsible for installation carried out by customers or third parties.
Any fault caused by incorrect installation, wiring, fuel supply, exhaust routing, moisture ingress or other installation-related issues is not covered by this limited warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the product itself is faulty.
Warranty claims
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
Please contact us before returning any item.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product purchased
- Description of the fault
- Any fault codes shown
- Photographs or videos where requested
Please do not return a product without contacting us first, as this may delay your claim.
Returns for inspection
Where necessary, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault covered by the warranty, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
If no manufacturing fault is found, or the issue has been caused by installation, misuse or another excluded cause, charges may apply for inspection, repair, parts and return postage.
Replacement parts
In some cases, a fault may be resolved by supplying a replacement component rather than replacing the complete heater.
We may provide suitable replacement parts where this is considered the most appropriate solution.
Statutory Rights
This 6-month limited warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this warranty limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
