Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
- An item is out of stock
- Pricing information is incorrect
- Payment has not cleared
- We suspect fraud or misuse
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
We aim to ensure that all prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.

Delivery
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, provided the item is in stock.

Installation
Diesel heaters are fuel-burning appliances and must be installed correctly and safely.
Diesel Heaters NI supplies products and technical information but does not accept responsibility for installation work carried out by customers or third parties.
Customers and installers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable regulations.

Returns and Cancellations
Customers may have the right to cancel and return online purchases in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Goods should not be returned without identifying the order and contacting us first where required.
Faulty Goods
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photographs, videos, fault codes or other information to help diagnose the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer technical support, repair, replacement parts, replacement goods or a refund.
Warranty
Eligible products are supplied with our 6-month limited warranty.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable power supply, water damage, fuel contamination or other excluded causes.
The warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Incorrect Installation and Misuse
We are not responsible for damage or faults caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, inadequate power supply, misuse, modification or failure to follow instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website without notice where necessary.
Intellectual Property
