Please note that we do not accept returns for any products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a credit note for the value of the product. 

To request a credit note, please contact us at info@dieselheatersni.com within 14 days of receiving your product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

5.3 Credit notes can be used for future purchases and will be issued within 7 days of receiving the request. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
